Program Experience
Students gain real-world experience through Northeastern’s signature experiential learning model, which gives them a competitive advantage in the growing job market.
In a 12-week capstone course, students have the opportunity to work on a virtual HR consulting project with a leading company or collaborate with their current employer to develop a relevant on-the-ground project that supports their HR function.
